UNC Kenan-Flagler's Executive Development
The Rizzo Conference Center was created expressly for the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School's Executive Development programs.
The approach to program design and delivery draws upon the power of real-world, applicable experiences from faculty and staff, integrated with the knowledge client partners share about the challenges they face.
This approach is called The Power of Experience. Action learning and business simulation activities challenge participants to think, reflect and make decisions differently.
Open Enrollment - Open enrollment programs range from two days to two weeks long. Participants come from all over the world to strengthen specific skill sets to enhance career potential. Each program offering consists of a diverse group of individuals from a variety of companies and industries. UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School faculty members, as well as other experts, lead these programs which take place at the Rizzo Conference Center in Chapel Hill, NC.
Custom - Custom programs are designed to meet the unique development objectives of a particular organization. UNC Executive Development partners with organizations to design, develop, manage and execute these programs. The open enrollment programs can be customized for a particular organization as well.
